asked the most.
To make a booking, please call us on 02 6021 0345. Most of your questions can be answered by our stylists over the phone, however if a face-to-face meeting is required, a free consultation appointment can be organised.
We’ll always do our best to provide you with your first booking preference, however if your preferred time isn’t available, a cancellation list option will be offered.
As a courtesy to clients on our cancellation list, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel your visit.
Please inform us of any nut, plant or chemical allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to your appointment.
A wonderful gift for clients existing and new, we have a range of pamper packages to help you share the Boss studio experience with friends and family. Certificates are available over the phone or in-salon.
We treat every Boss client like a member of our family. For this reason, we only accept existing client bridal parties.
You will be sent a text message prior to your appointment. Please confirm or cancel your booking by replying with the following:
• y for yes
• n for no
Alternatively, you’re welcome to phone or drop by the salon to confirm.
Arriving on time for appointments ensures that all clients receive the same high standard of service.
If you are running late, we kindly ask that you call ahead so we can make any necessary adjustments.
If you are pressed for time, please let us know, and we will do our best to modify your service time.
We love children. However we ask for the comfort of other clients that parents ensure children sit quietly and use headphones for any electronic devices to keep noise at a minimum.
Our shampoo room is a unique space in which to relax. We kindly ask that you respect our ‘no talking’ policy while enjoying the experience.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the final result of your hair service or retail purchase, please contact the salon within seven days of your visit and ask to speak with Nic or Jen about your concerns.
